THE STOREFRONT FROM ACROSS THE STREET. TO THE LEFT OF THE BUILDING IS A LARGE DRIVE THROUGH PARKING AREA WHERE WE ALSO HAVE STACKED OUR FIREWOOD OVER THE YEARS.
THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING IS A BEAUTIFUL PERENNIAL AND ROSE GARDEN WITH RAISED BEDS FOR GROWING VEGETABLES, FLOWERS OR HERBS. THE BEDS AND RETAINING WALLS WERE MOSTLY BUILT FROM THE ANCIENT WOOD WE REMOVED TO CREATE THE HIGH CEILINGS.
THE STOREFRONT SITS NEXT TO THE COVE LIBRARY.
IN THE BACK YARD I HAVE BUILT RAISED BEDS WHICH I GROW MY VEGIES IN. I HAVE ALSO USED AN OLD METAL BED AND SOME LARGER STONES TO CREATE A FLOWER GARDEN. THIS IS AN OVER SIZED LOT. MT. FANNY IS IN THE BACKGROUND. SHE IS WHAT ORIGINALLY CONVINCED US TO MOVE HERE TO THIS PICTURESQUE LITTLE TOWN AT THE EDGE OF THE EAGLE CAP WILDERNESS AREA

NOW YOU MIGHT ASK...THIS IS AN OLD BUILDING...WHAT ABOUT THE ROOF??? VOILA! IT HAS A MEMBRANE ROOF THAT STILL HAS 36 YEARS LEFT ON THE WARRANTY.
THE HOUSE IS READY TO LIVE IN NOW. HOWEVER THERE ARE CREATIVE FINISHING TOUCHES WAITING FOR THE NEW OWNER. SINCE THE CEMENT FLOOR WAS SLANTED WE BUILT A RAISED FLOOR WHICH IS SUB-FLOORING WHICH HAS BEEN FINE FOR US. THE KITCHEN, OFFICE AND BATHROOM ARE CEMENT. I HAVE RUBBER PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT MATS IN THE KITCHEN. THE BACKYARD COULD EVENTUALLY USE A PRIVACY FENCE. WE HAVE DONE A HUGE AMOUNT OF WORK ON THE PLACE AND NOW LEAVE IT TO THE NEXT VISIONARY. THE HOUSE IS BEING SOLD AS IS.
